‘Voorbij de Mind’ is een masterclass voor meditatie- en yogadocenten die op zoek zijn naar verdieping. Wil je in het dagelijkse leven groeien in focus en toewijding om de mooiste vorm van jeZelf tot bloei te laten komen?<\/p>\n

We gaan aan de slag met technieken zoals yoga, ademtechnieken, mantra en meditatie om de mind beter te doorgronden en tot rust te brengen.
\nDe mind mag er zijn, maar je gaat er bij wijze van spreken aan voorbij. Daardoor kun je je beter concentreren, gemakkelijker ontspannen en ben je beter bestand tegen de uitdagingen die in je leven op je pad komen.<\/p>\n
