We beginnen bij de ervaring: hoe voelt verbondenheid in het lichaam? Hoe ontstaat samenhang tussen lichaam, adem, aandacht en energie? En hoe kunnen we die kwaliteit verdiepen, zowel voor onszelf als in onze lessen?<br \/>\nIn de ochtend verkennen we de nieuwste inzichten rond fascia en de relatie met coherentie, welzijn en het zenuwstelsel. In de middag vertalen we deze kennis naar de lespraktijk, met aandacht voor Energy Block Releases, ontspanning, fascia-awareness en het ontwikkelen van meer bewegingsvrijheid, lichaamsbewustzijn en veerkracht.<br \/>\nDaarnaast verzamelen we vooraf jullie beste tips om v\u00f3\u00f3r, tijdens en na een les in je eigen energie te blijven.
